The pastoral Care team consists of representatives from various religious groups from around Townsville and Thuringowa. Pastoral Care workers visit patients and/or their families who are in need of advice, guidance or support. The Pastoral Care team will help and support anyone, regardless of their beliefs.

 The hospital chapel and chaplain are available for use by staff, patients and relatives 24 hours a day with regular services also conducted.
