The Oncology Ward provides a wide range of services to residents of North Queensland. These services include Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Palliative Care, Haematology and Transplantation both autologous and allogenic.
We are the only regional transplant unit in the state and as such provide a supportive learning environment for all staff.
Oncology patients can access the Oncology Unit via a separate entry at the eastern end of the building (opposite end to the Emergency department), with drop off and collection access and car parking available in close proximity to the Oncology entrance. Phone + 61 7 4796 1671.
