Physio Equipment
The Physiotherapy Service operates from three locations within The Townsville Hospital. Each area has administrative support through a combined reception area. Staff in these areas make all appointments and help direct enquiries. Please contact the receptionist as the first contact unless you know the direct pager of the physiotherapist you need to contact. Appointments can only be made via reception.
The three physiotherapy sections are:

- Physiotherapy Women’s Health & Paediatrics: Location: In Women’s & Children’s Allied Health Level Ground Acute Block. Contact Phone 4433 2150 Fax: 4433 2151
- Physiotherapy Rehabilitation: Location: In Rehabilitation Unit Level Ground Acute Block. Contact Phone: 4433 2620 Fax: 4433 2621
- The Joyce Palmer Health service and the Parklands Residential Aged Care Facility are serviced by a visiting physiotherapist.
