The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) is part of the Metro North Health Service District, which is one of Queensland Health's fifteen health service districts.
TPCH is a major teaching and tertiary referral hospital. We provide specialist services in Cardiology, Thoracic Medicine, Cardio-thoracic Surgery, General Medicine & Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Mental Health, Geriatric Medicine, Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics. In order to provide our comprehensive range of health care services, TPCH employs more than 4000 staff of which approximately 1800 are nurses.
