The Administration Training Program (previously the Leadership Development Program) is offered in response to the Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement No. 5 (2002). To provide core staff, supervisors, and team leaders with appropriate training, it was agreed to implement nationally recognised qualifications from the Public Services Training Package (PSTP), with competencies specifically relevant to working in government.
The Administration Training Program is delivered in partnership with the Open Learning Institute of TAFE (OLI).
