Apply for Site Certificates

You are able to apply for PKI Site Certificates online through the Medicare Australia web site at: http://www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/pki. Alternatively, you can obtain a paper-based registration pack from the Medicare Australia Helpdesk (1300 660 035).

The following guidelines provide detailed information about the online application process.

Step A.  To identify the Healthcare location
Step B.  To identify the HCL representatives for a location
Step C.  To complete HCL online application
Step D.  To prepare and submit supporting documents
Step E.  To validate and generate the HCL registration
Step F.  To obtain the Personal Identification Code (PIC).
