How to set Outlook security options

To set security options before sending a Secure Email

  1. Open Outlook and write your email message as usual.
  2. Before pressing the Send Button, select Options from the View menu.
  3. The Message Options window opens.
  4. Select the Security Settings button.
  5. Select the options shown.
  6. Click on the OK button.
  7. Select the Close button on the Message Options window.
  8. To send your email, click on the Send Button.
