Generate the S8 file from the PDS
The specific instructions to generate a S8 Report from your Pharmacy Dispensing System (PDS) vary depending on the PDS you are using (eg Dispense, FRED, etc).
Note: The name of the report also varies between systems, it may be called: S8 Report to Disk, S8 Prescription to Disk, Dangerous Disks to Disk, etc.

Using your PDS, generate the report for the relevant reporting period to a floppy disk. This floppy disk can now be used to transmit your Schedule 8 data to the DDU through the S8 Online Web Site.
