As a new graduate you can expect to undertake four month rotations in some of the following areas:

  • Medical
  • Intensive Care Unit/Surgical
  • Orthopaedics
  • Rehabilitation
  • Outpatients
  • GEMS

New Graduate positions are advertised through Queensland Health towards the end of each year, with interviews occurring in October through the Centralised New Graduate Recruitment Process.

CH has 1.5 full time equivalent clinical educator positions, providing clinical education and supervision to 3rd and 4th year physiotherapy students in the areas of acute wards and rehabilitation.
