Rural Doctors Upskilling Program (RDUP)
Applications for Round 3 of the Rural Doctors Upskilling Program OPEN on 5 June 2019
Queensland requires an appropriately skilled and distributed medical practitioner workforce to meet the primary health care needs of our community, particularly with respect to the delivery of public and community health programs and procedural work in regional, rural and remote hospitals.
The Rural Doctors Upskilling Program provides funding of up to $50,000 per applicant to facilitate greater access to training within the Queensland public sector for regional and rural General Practitioners and Rural Generalists to undertake upskilling in a new special interest skill or to maintain their current advanced or specialised skillsets, in order to serve the regional, rural and remote communities in which they practice.

Applications Close: 15 July 2019
