Rural Doctors Upskilling Program (RDUP) Round 2
RDUP applications for 2018-2019 OPEN on 6 June 2018
Queensland requires an appropriately skilled and distributed medical practitioner workforce to meet the primary health care needs of our community, particularly with respect to the delivery of public and community health programs and procedural work in regional, rural and remote hospitals.
The Rural Doctors Upskilling Program provides funding to facilitate greater access to training within the Queensland public sector for General Practitioners and Rural Generalists to upskill in a special interest or maintain their advanced or specialised skillsets in order to serve the regional, rural and remote communities in which they practice.
Applicants for Round 2 of RDUP will close on 18 July 2018. Please see below the program guidelines and application forms for further information on the program, including eligibility criteria and information on how to apply.
