QuoCCA Project Research Study
The following information is from the QuoCCA Research Team
Dear Health Clinician
We wish to ask you to be involved in a research project to help determine the impact of education sessions about Palliative Care for children, throughout Australia. Participation in this study is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Due to your experience as a health care clinician (medical, nursing, allied health or other) in a metro, regional, rural and/or remote setting, we believe you are best placed to provide us with information about your experience, your preferred learning needs, and confidence when caring for children with palliative care needs. The information you share with us will be used to develop meaningful education sessions relating to children undergoing palliative care.
We will use a short series of on-line surveys, via a survey monkey link.
Please be assured that your privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times, should you agree to participate.
We have attached an information form, and if you choose to volunteer, you can just click on the learning needs analysis survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7LSG6LB or at the end of the 3rd page of the information form.
Your consent is assumed when you click on the link. There will be no impact on you if you decide not to participate in this research.
If you would like to be involved or want some further information, please contact us:
- Email: QuoCCAClined@health.qld.gov.au
- Phone: Sarah Baggio, Paediatric Palliative Care Service (QuoCCA Project) on 07 3068 1199 or Angela Delaney on 07 3068 2070
