CQ Health provides public mental health and AODS (alcohol and other drugs) services in Central Queensland.
We provide assessment, treatment and support to people of all ages who have a mental illness. We provide services ranging from inpatient treatment to support in the community.

Our community care teams provide mental health assessment and treatment services to people who are affected by mental illness.
Child and Youth Mental Health
We provide mental health services to children and young people under 18 years of age with serious mental health issues.
Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit
We care for people, aged 18 years and over, needing inpatient care for treatment of mental health issues.
Older Persons Mental Health Acute Inpatient Unit
We care for people, aged over 65 years needing inpatient care for treatment of mental health issues.
Community Care Unit
We provide supported 24-hour health care and supervised residential rehabilitation to people who are in recovery, but require support transition to independent living.

CQ Mental Health Disaster Recovery Team
We provide people with support and help with their mental health recovery following natural disasters in Central Queensland.
