Enterprise bargaining agreements open for consultation
Queensland Health and our union partners have moved to the next phase of negotiations for the following enterprise bargaining agreements:
- Building, Engineering and Maintenance employees
Queensland Health Building, Engineering & Maintenance Services Certified Agreement (No.8) 2022 (BEMS8) - Administrative, operational, professional and technical employees - closed 19 April
Queensland Public Health Sector Certified Agreement (No. 11) 2022 (EB11) - Health Practitioners and Dental Officers - closed 19 April
Health Practitioners and Dental Officers (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No. 4) 2022 (HPDO4) - Medical Officers - closed 26 April
Medical Officers’ (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement (No 6) 2022 (MOCA6)
Consultation
Consultation is now open for employees to obtain workplace terms and conditions included in these proposed agreements. Employees eligible to vote in the ballot process are encouraged to review information relevant to their enterprise agreement to inform their vote. The ballot process for each will take place soon.
If you are an employee on leave without access to QHEPS, our intranet platform, you can also request more information or clarification on any of the proposed agreements from your local HR team or by emailing EB@health.qld.gov.au.
