Being part of an implementation team

Being part of the IWFM myHR implementation team provides a unique opportunity to be involved in a high profile ICT-enabled business change project for the largest government department in Queensland.

Queensland Health is geographically diverse with sites across Queensland, and this is your opportunity to showcase your talents and further develop skills through your passionate involvement in our project.

You will be part of a small multidisciplinary implementation team assigned to an implementation site, supported by a central project team in Brisbane, working collaboartively onsite for set implementation periods.

Assignments across all sites

These assignments will take you to various regions, major regional centres, including rural and remote locations, throughout the state, where you will experience living in the community and the natural beauty of the location. You will create lasting friendships with your team and clients.

The duration of each assignment will vary in length and may range from approximately 19 to 25 weeks, with employees either being assigned onsite to multiple regional implementation teams during their temporary appointment or being assigned to a Brisbane-based implementation team for the duration of their temporary appointment.  Accommodation, transportation, living expenses and reunion visits may be applicable for successful candidates who are assigned to a regional implementation team requiring them to live away from their principal residence.
