Jacaranda Place – the Queensland Adolescent Extended Treatment Centre is located on the campus of The Prince Charles Hospital in Chermside, Brisbane, for adolescents across Queensland with severe and complex mental health issues. The service will provide inpatient treatment and rehabilitation for an extended period that fully integrates mental health and educational/vocational training. The centre has 12 residential places/beds (with a statewide catchment) and 10 day treatment places (local community catchment).
Jacaranda Place services are expected to commence in April 2020.
