Consumer and community engagement

Connecting for Health is our plan to develop a health service that is truly collaborative and inclusive. It sets out what we hope to achieve in the next three years and the action we will take to ensure that as many individuals and organisations, with diverse experiences and perspectives, connect with Metro North HHS to improve health care for everyone.

Partner with us

To achieve our vision, we need to partner and connect with you. Metro North Connect is a network of people and community service partners who are interested in working together to advise, design and deliver better hospital services. We encourage people with recent experiences in using our services to sign up and get involved.

Community Board Advisory Group

The Community Board Advisory Group enables opportunities for consumers and communities to influence Metro North HHS strategy, planning and implementation and to continuously improve our consumer engagement activities. Membership is consumer and community organisations based around burden of disease, high Metro North HHS service users, vulnerable populations and and Brisbane North PHN.
