Kilcoy Hospital is an acute hospital providing general medical, emergency, allied health and clinical support services.

Clinical services also include allied health and maternity outpatients and a palliative care bed in a hospice environment. The hospital facilitates transfers to appropriate facilities when required.

A range of support and community home visiting services is provided in association with private home care services. Community health nurses and social workers help ensure continuity of care for locals.

The hospital also has a range of health promotion and education programs including diabetes education, antenatal education and parenting support. A child and youth service is available.
