Research grants are facilitated within Metro North Hospital and Health Service (HHS) by both The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Foundation and the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital (RBWH) Foundation. Information regarding upcoming grants and the application process can be obtained by contacting these foundations.  In addition, some external grant funding bodies are listed below.

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation is the charity aligned with the health and medical research community based at The Prince Charles Hospital.  Established in 1986, TPCH Foundation are charged with the responsibility to inspire a generous community to fund lifesaving and life changing health research which is tackling Australia's most significant chronic diseases.

RBWH Foundation

RBWH Foundation was first established in 1985 as the charity arm of Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Queensland's largest hospital.  The RBWH Foundation's purpose is to ensure the hospital's doctors, nurses, researchers and allied health professionals are able to achieve optimal patient outcomes by providing them with the knowledge, skills and technology which may not otherwise be afforded to them due to budgetary constraints.
