Syphilis rates continue to rise. Almost all cases are men who have sex with men. Syphilis is transmitted by unprotected anal and oral sex and skin to skin contact during sex. It is extremely important to regularly test, if you are at risk.
PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) is a month-long course of anti-HIV drugs that may prevent HIV infection after a possible exposure.
