Chermside Community Health Centre
The Chermside Community Health Centre provides a range of services for people living in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. The centre is located on the campus of The Prince Charles Hospital near the Hamilton Road entrance.

- Alcohol and Drug Service
- Community Based Rehabilitation Team (CBRT)
- Complex Chronic Disease Team (CCDT)
- Diabetes Service (adults only)
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leadership Team
- Melaleuca Clinic (opiate replacement therapy)
- Post Acute Care Service (PACS)
We also offer the following mental health services:
Parking and transport
Free car parking for clients is reserved at the front of the centre, you enter from Hamilton Road. A public bus service arrives and leaves from the front entrance of The Prince Charles Hospital.
