Public Health Alert – new exposure on flights and at Townsville and Brisbane Airports

A public health alert is being issued for new contact tracing locations at the Townsville and Brisbane Domestic Airports, as well as two Virgin flights.
The two flights are VA1105 – Newcastle to Brisbane and VA375 – Brisbane to Townsville.
We can confirm these flights and exposure sites are in relation to a new positive COVID-19 case and more information will be provided tomorrow.
Queenslanders are being urged to regularly check the Queensland Health website for more information and possible locations.
A reminder for all Queenslanders, no matter where you live – if you have any COVID-19 symptoms at any time, no matter how mild, you should immediately get tested for COVID-19.
