A Public Health Alert has been issued for parts of Brisbane in relation to the confirmed case of COVID-19 from Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Any individuals who have been in the below locations during the relevant times are asked to immediately home quarantine (until March 25 – 14 days from March 11) and call 13HEALTH (13 43 25 84). Contact tracers are also currently contacting people based on details provided by the venues.

Low risk venues
The below low risk venue is where it has been assessed there is a low risk of exposure to COVID-19. People who attended this venue at the relevant time are asked to monitor their health and immediately get tested if they get any COVID-19 symptoms.

Those who are close contacts will be contacted directly by Queensland Health.
In addition to identifying the above locations, Queensland Health has also announced that all non-essential visits to hospitals, residential aged care facilities, disability accommodation services and correctional facilities in Greater Brisbane will cease. This will be effective from noon today and reviewed Tuesday.
Anyone attending these facilities in Greater Brisbane, including staff, must wear a mask. People will still be able to visit their loved ones who are at end of life.

- City of Ipswich
- Logan City
- Moreton Bay Region
- Redland City
It is important to:
- Stay home if you are sick
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, get tested
- Stay 1.5 metres away from other people—think two big steps
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitizer
- Leave the location if it is crowded.
