Keep a healthy smile

Good oral health is more than being free of pain—it’s important for overall health and wellbeing and feeling confident. Good oral health is important at all stages of life. The key steps to a healthy smile are:

  • Brush teeth twice a day using a small soft toothbrush
  • Use fluoride toothpaste
  • Drink plenty of tap water
  • Eat healthy foods low in sugar
  • Have regular dental check-ups, even if you wear a denture
    *If you smoke, quit to improve your oral health and general health.
