Quilpie Multi-Purpose Health Service

icon Quilpie provides 24-hours a day, seven days a week acute and emergency care, community care srvices, retrievals with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and dedicated flexible care places, which can be delivered in the community or at Quilpie Multi Purpose Health Service.
icon Basic podiatry services are provided to community members through a home-visit program run by a trained registered nurse at Quilpie.
icon A suite of allied health services regularly visits Quilpie, including dental, occupational therapy, dietetics, social work, speech therapy, early intervention parenting program, child development, mental health, alcohol and drugs.
icon Home and Community Care services are available for eligible clients, including Meals on Wheels and home care domestic assistance. This is available seven days a week to allow residents to live independently at home for longer.
icon Telehealth facilities are available to connect patients with specialist clinical services in Brisbane and other regional areas via video-conference.
icon Quilpie can provide financial assistance with the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme to eligible patients who need to travel away to other health services for procedures and tests not available locally.
