Women's Health referrals SCHHS

Referral criteria

Age group: Adult women

The following conditions are eligible for referral:

1. Pelvic floor dysfunction

2. Perinatal lactation dysfunction

3. Pre/post-operative surgery with pelvic floor involvement

 4. Pelvic pain, including dyspareunia of a neuro-musculo-fascial origin

5. Pelvic organ prolapse

6. Incontinence (anal/urinary)

7. Bladder dysfunction (OAB, hypofunctioning)

Not eligible for referral:

  • Patients who have not used all CDMP sessions for the year before referral.
