Reporting compliments and complaints
The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) welcomes compliments from patients, families, clinicians, researchers and other institutions on the conduct and outcomes from the research undertaken in, or in collaboration with the SCHHS.
The Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research provides guidelines to institutions for managing research complaints. The SCHHS takes all complaints by patients, families, clinicians, researchers and other institutions seriously. Complaints may be received about researchers (who are conducting a project) or about the research project.
