Parking facilities

A multi-storey public car park, has been constructed on the western end of the main hospital building at The Prince Charles Hospital. Visitors wishing to access this facility should enter The Prince Charles Hospital via the Rode Rd entrance (please refer to the map of the hospital), and follow the signs to the new public car parking facility.

This car park is operated by Metro Parking Pty Ltd. Read about parking fees at http://www.metroparking.com.au/cms-queensland/prince-charles-hospital.phps.

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome and are an important part of patient support during a hospital stay. Visiting hours are flexible however prior to 10am patients may have procedures planned and visitors may be asked to wait in the waiting areas while that occurs. Visitors are reminded to consider the needs of other patients in the room.  Visitors may be asked to leave the ward for short periods during medical and nursing procedures and in emergency situations. Children are welcome to visit however children under12 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Medihotel

The medihotel offers accommodation to eligible patients who do not require hospital admission before, during or after their treatment.
