First Year Doctors begin 2020 internships
Today 36 junior doctors are embarking on the first steps of their medical careers at Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service facilities. The new interns, 27 who are based at Bundaberg and 9 at Hervey Bay, are participating in a week-long orientation program to familiarise themselves with each hospital, its services and clinical practice and procedures.
