Overview
Longreach Hospital is classified as a District Hospital according to the Queensland Rural and Remote Health Service Framework June 2014 and provides a mix of acute health services including medical, surgical, emergency, paediatric, perioperative and maternity services.
Outpatient services are provided at the facility and the Iningai Health Arcade situated within the central business district of Longreach. Telehealth is available for a range of clinical services. Outreach services are provided to Isisford.
Longreach Hospital is the largest facility within the Central West Hospital and Health Service (HHS), and holds accommodation, offices and training facilities within the campus.
