Workplace harassment

The department of Health is committed to the provision of a workplace that is free from workplace harassment.

Sexual harassment

The Department of Health is committed to the provision of a workplace that is free from sexual harassment.

Workplace discrimination

The department of Health is committed to the provision of a workplace that is free from discrimination.

Corrupt conduct

The Department of Health has a zero tolerance to fraud, misconduct and corruption.

Employment

Employee complaints can be made about a number of issues relating to an employee's employment and can include complaints about the way an employee has been treated, conduct of others, working hours or decisions that have been made which affect an employee.

Clinicial complaints

Complaints about clinical staff performance, and clinical incidents.

Public Interest Disclosure

A public interest disclosure is a disclosure of information about certain types of wrongdoing or danger as defined in sections 12 and 13 of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 (PID Act).
