Entry level programs

School based traineeships

Develop the skills and knowledge employers and tertiary institutions are looking for by doing a school-based traineeship.

You'll need to balance your time between formal learning and being on the job one day a week. Your one day a week at work becomes part of your school curriculum and gives you points towards your Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE).

You can also do a Certificate III qualification at school in a relevant discipline while you're doing your traineeship.

You'll need to be a year 10, 11 or 12 student. A 12-month traineeship costs about $5,000.

Work experience and placement programs

We're partnering with some universities to provide non-clinical student work experience and work integrated learning (WIL) placements. These are unpaid placements.
