A disclosure log makes information given to applicants under the Right to Information Act 2009 available to the public. However, if documents contain an applicant’s personal information, or they are otherwise unsuitable for publication according to legislation, they will not be published. Information will be deleted from a document if:
In some cases, blank pages may exist due to redaction through the decision-making process, or deleting information under Section 78B of the Act will result in no text remaining on a document. No blank pages will be published to a disclosure log. There are currently no items to display in WBHHS’s disclosure log because they do not meet the suitability requirements.
