Queensland Health strives to make its public websites and resources compatible with a range of browsers, devices and platforms.

We develop our websites according to international standards and best practice and regularly test them across a range of browsers.

Some content may not display correctly in browsers that do not meet these standards. If you experience problems with any of our pages, please let us know.

Search

You can search this website from the top right hand corner of any web page.

To search, enter one or more words in the search box, then

• click the Search or
• press Enter or Search on your keyboard.

The search is not case-sensitive, so you don't need to use capital letters. Using common words such as a, an, the, or, and will not improve search results.

Web pages and documents containing all your search words appear first, followed by web pages or documents that contain some of your words.

Each result includes:

• the page or document title as a link
• a short summary of the page or document
• for documents, the file size and type for example PDF.

Viewing and downloading documents

The information below describes how to view and download documents on a computer. For information about viewing and downloading documents on a mobile device, such as a mobile phone or tablet, please check the manufacturer's documentation.

PDF files

Most modern browsers can display PDF files.

You can also install Adobe® Reader to view PDF files outside your browser or to open some special types of PDF documents. Adobe Reader can be downloaded free-of-charge from the Adobe website.

To save a PDF document for later:

• right-click on the link
• select Save target as or Save link as
• save the file to your preferred location.

If you use an Apple Mac with a single button mouse:

• hold down the control key while you click the link text
• select Save link as or Download link to disk
• save the file to your preferred location.

Microsoft 365 files

To view, save and print Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files you will need:

• the relevant Microsoft 365 application, either as:
  • a paid subscription apps installed on your computer, or
  • the free Office Online apps (you will need a Microsoft account), or
• an alternative office product such as Google Docs™ - note that some document features may not be available.
