Overview
The Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) framework:
- provides a single ‘front door’ for private sector and other collaborators
- is a clear access point for engagement and progression of partnership opportunities
- applies to partnerships that align with Queensland Government priorities
- prioritises opportunities demonstrating strong potential for timely delivery.
The six stages of the PSP framework
Assessment criteria
We use the following criteria to prioritise and assess opportunities and to guide decision-making.
Does the proposal:
- meet public interest, QH policies and strategies
- achieve positive health outcomes
- maximise social and economic contribution
- outline how best whole-of-life value for money can be achieved including identifying the intended capital and operational funding sources
- demonstrate deliverability and partner suitability.
