The Human Resources (HR) Branch has developed the HR Policy Framework to simplify the existing 360+ IRMs (Integrated (Human Resources/Industrial Relations) Resource Manual policies).Employee entitlements will not be diminished as a result of the HR Policy consolidation project.
The Integrated (Human Resource/Industrial Relations) Resource Manual (IRMs) pages are still available. To locate existing IRM policies, including those IRMs which are preserved in accordance with respective Certified Agreements. Queensland Health has retained copies of previous IRMs.
