The Human Resources (HR) Branch has developed the HR policy framework to simplify the existing 405+ IRMs (Integrated (HR/Industrial Relations) Resource Manual policies).Employee entitlements will not be diminished as a result of the HR policy consolidation project.

Having trouble finding a HR Policy or IRM?

The IRM  pages are still available  to locate existing IRM policies, including those IRMs which are preserved in accordance with respective Certified Agreements. Queensland Health has retained copies of previous IRMs.

If an IRM has been replaced by an HR policy, this page will direct you to the new HR policy.
