The HR policy framework categorises HR policies aligned with a
Hire to Retire model.

The Human Resources (HR) Branch has developed the HR policy framework to simplify the existing 405+ IRMs (Integrated (HR/Industrial Relations) Resource Manual policies).Employee entitlements will not be diminished as a result of the HR policy consolidation project.
The IRM pages are still available to locate existing IRM policies, including those IRMs which are preserved in accordance with respective Certified Agreements. Queensland Health has retained copies of previous IRMs.

If an IRM has been replaced by an HR policy, this page will direct you to the new HR policy.
Use the search box on the top left hand side of the menu. Type in a keyword and click go to return your results.
The same keywords have been used as in the manual pages supplied in the old site.
Use the original IRM index which also maps all the changes so you can cross reference IRMs to HR policies.
