Ethics Review Manager (ERM)

The ERM is an online system that helps you complete your research ethics approval and governance authorisation applications electronically.

You can access the ERM from anywhere. To use it, you’ll need internet browser access and a PDF reader. ERM CANNOT be used in Internet Explorer as it is no longer supported so you’ll need another browser.

To apply for ethics approval or governance authorisation, you’ll need to login to ERM.

If you’re unsure if you have an ERM account or if you can’t log in with details you used for other applications, contact ERMhelpdesksupport@health.qld.gov.au.

If you don’t have an ERM account, select New User and answer the questions. Once you do, agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and select Register. You’ll get an activation email with instructions about logging in.
