Getting started as a supplier

Queensland Health is committed to an open and transparent procurement process and equal opportunity for all businesses—regardless of size and location.

The Queensland Government has standardised procurement across all agencies through the adoption of VendorPanel as its single procurement solution, which replaced the QTenders system.

QTenders is now used by suppliers to access information about upcoming, current, and closed procurement opportunities only.

Step 1: Register with VendorPanel

To respond to supply invitations from Queensland Health, you must register on VendorPanel. After registering we recommend configuring email alerts to receive notifications about relevant opportunities based on industry and location.

Step 2: View the Queensland Government Arrangements Directory

The Queensland Government Arrangements Directory provides access to awarded common use supply arrangements, including standing offer arrangements. Use this resource to find information about existing contracts and procurement frameworks.

Step 3: Code of Conduct

To supply to Queensland Health a supplier must comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out the expectations that government has of businesses that want to sell their goods or services to the government, and outlines what constitutes a responsible supplier. This code applies to all procurement activities, regardless of value, from 1 January 2026.
