  • using real time data to help us understand where and when we need to boost resources
  • improving our emergency departments, reopening regional maternity wards, and helping patients to be seen faster throughout the state
  • embracing the chance to innovate and grow and build a robust health system for the future.

Our commitment with First Nations peoples

We’re committed to a health system that acknowledges the Traditional and Cultural Custodians of the lands and waterways on which we work and live.

We're working towards:

  • health parity and health equity for First Nations peoples
  • life expectancy parity for First Nations peoples by 2031
  • more First Nations health staff in all parts of the health system.

We're listening to the voices of First Nations peoples so we can build a better coordinated health system.
