Getting started as a supplier

Step 1: Register with VendorPanel
To respond to supply invitations from Queensland Health, you must register on VendorPanel. After registering we recommend configuring email alerts to receive notifications about relevant opportunities based on industry and location.

If you are a first-time user of VendorPanel, use these guides to begin.
- Register as a supplier—create a supplier profile.
- Add and remove colleagues—manage team access, such as adding sales representatives.
- Manage which buyer groups you receive requests from—select buyer groups from which to receive procurement requests (e.g. eHealth or local groups).
Step 2: View the Queensland Government Arrangements Directory
The Queensland Government Arrangements Directory provides access to awarded common use supply arrangements, including standing offer arrangements. Use this resource to find information about existing contracts and procurement frameworks.
Step 3: Code of Conduct
To supply to Queensland Health you are expected to comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2023, which outlines the standards and expectations for businesses engaging in government procurement. This code applies to all procurement activities, regardless of value, from 1 June 2023.
During the procurement process, you are required to complete and submit a formal declaration acknowledging the Code of Conduct.
