Become a Surgery Connect provider

Surgery Connect is a Queensland Health initiative, allowing clinically suitable public hospital patients to receive surgery in the private sector.

Private healthcare providers participating in Surgery Connect assist in reducing public waiting times and support patients to get care sooner.

With the Queensland Government’s recent investment in the program, Surgery Connect is launching a new tender to bring on additional providers through Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA). This includes services such as specialist outpatient consultations, admissions (with or without procedures), surgery, investigative procedures, follow-up care, and consequential treatment.
