For a new provider

Requests for accreditation of a new provider are required to be discussed with PMAQ the year prior to proposed accreditation, which is typically undertaken the year prior to planned commencement.  Discussion of the timeline for application submission, including the expected outcome date, is required so the Accreditation Committee will consider the request for inclusion in the accreditation schedule. A written application is required and normally a site visit will occur, however the timing of this will be negotiated with the provider.
