Online education modules
Health professionals can access online education modules to support quality advance care planning in Queensland.
- Module 1 – Introducing advance care planning (ACP)
- Module 2 – Understanding common ACP documents in Queensland
- Module 3 – Supporting conversations to complete a Statement of Choices
- Module 4 – Cultural considerations
- Module 5 – Using the PREPARED framework
Enrolment process
- Enrol via the enrolment form to create your Student Management System (SMS) account. Enter your details and select the modules you'd like to complete.
- Submit the form. You'll receive an email with your Learning Management System (LMS) login details. Check your inbox for an email from 'Admin Team' – it may be in your junk, spam, or deleted folders.
- Click the link in the email, log into the LMS and set your password.
- Access and complete your modules in the LMS and generate your certificate.
Once registered, you can log back into the LMS at any time to complete the modules.
