This learning package supports clinicians working in rural, remote and isolated practice settings to provide care to populations at increased risk of developing chronic conditions, using the Chronic Conditions Manual 2nd edition as a guiding resource.

This course provides information on maintaining health and reducing risk factors for chronic conditions development. It also provides some guidelines for brief intervention.
End Of Life Care
Provides information for health care workers working in rural, remote and isolated practice areas providing care for people approaching their end of life. The course includes information on advance care planning and palliative care.
Sexual Health
This sexual health module has been developed for all clinicians working in rural, remote and isolated primary health care settings. It provides information on how to identify risk and screen for sexually transmitted infections in high risk populations.
