Non-clinical trials

If you're doing research that's not a clinical trial, you can use the Multi-Jurisdictional Multi-Party non-Clinical Trial Collaborative Research Agreement on the Australian Clinical Trials website.

This agreement was designed to offer non-clinical trials research the same efficiencies as the nationally accepted clinical trials contract templates.

It was modelled on the Medicines Australia and Medical Technology Association of Australia clinical trial research agreements.
