Impact Analysis Statements

The Queensland Government Better Regulation Policy requires an Impact Analysis Statement (IAS) for all regulatory proposals.

The IAS is approved by the Minister and must be published after final approval of a regulatory proposal by Cabinet or Governor in Council.

The table below lists all IASs developed for health portfolio legislation, with a link to the corresponding legislative instrument.
