Queensland Dementia, Ageing and Frailty Clinical Network
The Queensland Dementia, Ageing and Frailty Clinical Network leads and supports improvements to health care for older Queenslanders with a focus on frailty and dementia.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in improving dementia, ageing and frailty care and services in Queensland.
