Online courses for immunisation service providers

The Queensland Health Immunisation Program, in collaboration with the Cunningham Centre, has developed a suite of online training courses for immunisation service providers in Queensland. Find out more about the courses at QHIP Online Immunisation Courses

These high-quality online courses are free, self-paced, interactive, and can easily be accessed via the Cunningham Centre. The 4 x online immunisation courses are suitable for clinicians as well as non-clinical staff and can be of benefit to anyone involved in directly receipting, administering or managing vaccines regardless of their levels of skill and knowledge. This includes:

  • immunisation service providers
  • practice staff including practice managers
  • nurses
  • administration staff
  • pharmacists
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers
  • immunisation service/program managers.

Upon completion of each module, a Certificate of Completion and CPD hours are awarded. The courses are for general education purposes only and do not lead to authorisation as an Immunisation Program Nurse. Guide to accessing the courses
