The Leaders Enable Research (EnableR) toolkit helps health leaders inspire their teams, build research capacity, and drive service and patient care improvements through research.
What is EnableR?
Health research is essential to inform evidence-based care and create positive change by driving innovative, high quality health service improvements. The Leaders Enable Research (EnableR) toolkit offers leaders a platform to understand the value of research, confidently embed research in health services, and communicate its importance to teams and executives. The EnableR toolkit explores the role of a leader in enabling health research through three core concepts: the value of research, communicating about research, and embedding research.
