Using this framework

This framework helps you understand when and how to use interpreter or translator services to support our customers. It explains your responsibilities, the types of services, and how to book and manage service providers through the Preferred Supplier Panel 126161 for the Provision of Interpreting and Translation Services.

It’s for Queensland Government employees and funded services who work or communicate with people who speak languages other than English. This includes Auslan and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages.
