The checklists and criteria align with administrative needs and requirements set out in the Powers of Attorney Act 1998. This process supports clinicians to have access to quality documents.
Accessing advance care planning (ACP) documents on The Viewer must be in accordance with Queensland legislation.
The Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning is not able to provide legal advice about ACP documents. Independent legal advice should be obtained if required.
